 Not With These Hands.org's mission is to increase dialogue and civic engagement around issues of violence and to link people to violence prevention resources in the greater Richmond community.
Our first project is facilitating creation of A Greater Richmond Pledge of Non-Violence, created by you! Submissions may come in any format, any language, and be done by an individual, group, school. business, or even a whole town! There is NO WRONG WAY to create your pledge vision of non-violence....whatever inspires you is what you should do! Make a painting, song, dance, film, write a poem, essay, or even a simple statement.....you decide. Just get it in by Friday, April 20th, 2007 for inclusion in our Community Pledge Event at Byrd Park, where everything will be on display!
